HostMCP.dev started with a simple belief: every enterprise data source should be as easy to call as a REST API — for AI agents, not just developers.
Mission
Make enterprise data AI-native
Language models like Claude, GPT, and Gemini are incredibly capable — but they're only as useful as the data and actions they can access. Most enterprise data lives locked in databases, ERPs, and proprietary APIs that AI agents can't reach.
HostMCP.dev bridges that gap. Using the open Model Context Protocol (MCP), we turn any data source into a typed, discoverable, AI-callable tool — with the security controls, audit trails, and compliance guardrails that enterprises require.

Open Source Core
The Connector SDK, generic connectors (DB, API, Process), and shared contracts are fully open source. We believe the ecosystem grows fastest when the foundation is community-owned.
Enterprise Compliance
From day one, we designed for GDPR, India DPDP Act, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA. Immutable audit logs, regional deployment, and RBAC are not afterthoughts.
Cloud-Native, Region-Aware
Built on GCP with Firebase Hosting, Cloud Run, and Cloud Memorystore. Enterprise teams get full data residency control with Bring Your Own Region deployment.
Open Source
Public where it grows the ecosystem, private where it funds the mission
We've made a deliberate split: the foundation is open source, the enterprise layer is proprietary. This lets the community build connectors, extend the SDK, and contribute to the ecosystem — while the compliance, RBAC, and analytics features we build for enterprise customers fund continued development.
